A note on why our Scenario Based Training exists
After spending years creating certified training courses for compliance, it never sat easy with me what the actual outcomes were once a learner received their certificate.
The evidence kept pointing to the same issue: traditional e-learning course formats rarely led to genuine behavioral change. They verified completion, but not necessary real-world judgment under pressure.
The turning point came when a significant business asked me to produce their course materials using standard LMS delivery. Working within those constraints made it clear: LMS platforms are brilliant for administration, but relying solely on flat slide decks leaves a critical gap in actual workplace performance.
I wanted to give both learners and their employers the best possible chance for success. It became clear that the most effective learning experience I could produce had to be peer-to-peer led and then built around interactive, scenario-based decisions.
And that is what brought us here today.
